Alion® SC 500
A soil residual contact herbicide for the control of weeds in banana, oil palm, and rubber. Alion® 500 SC is a non-selective, pre-emergence herbicide that provides extended residual control of weeds and is tolerant to crops recommended on the label. Its active ingredient, Indaziflam, acts as a soil herbicide via inhibition of weed germination, root growth and weed emergence. To expand the spectrum of weed control Alion® 500 SC may be applied pre- and post-emergence when mixed with a wide range of herbicides.
Labels and Usage
Do not use on any crop not listed on the label. Avoid using Alion® 500 SC in areas where soil runoff or erosion is likely to occur. Replanting of matured tissue-cultured seedlings should not be done within 2 weeks after Alion® application; Matured Tissue-Cultured Seedlings - grown out in nursery for at least 8 weeks
