Mechanics

_{HOW TO JOIN:}

1. The Raffle is open to all farmers who purchased the following Bayer Crop Science products listed below.

2. Employees of Bayer Crop Science, its third-party agency technicians, distributors, and dealers are not qualified to join this program, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

3. Participating farmers get corresponding raffle coupon based on bottles/ case/ DEKALB® Bags purchased (See Table 1).

4. Bonus coupons will be given for one-time case purchases of any of the following products: Yeoval®, Nativo®, and Luna® Sensation. See Table 1 for reference.

5. Participating farmers should completely fill out the coupon with his/ her name, address, contact number, and affix signature and drop in designated drop boxes placed at Bayer distributor/ dealer partner outlets.

6. Prizes are tax-free, non-transferable, and not convertible to cash.

7. Raffle program will run from February 14, 2025 to November 17, 2025.

8. Raffle Draw will be held on December 1, 2025 (10:00 AM) Bayer House, Canlubang Industrial Estate, 4028 Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines in the presence of a DTI representative.

Each Territory (Crop Protection + Corn) will win 1 unit of Honda TMX 125 Alpha and 1 unit of Samsung QLED 50" 4K UHD Smart TV.

2. A farmer can only win once in the consolation prize category but is still eligible to win in the Grand Prize category (once).

3. Winners will be notified via SMS and will be announced via Bayer CropScience PH Facebook Page and website.

4. Prizes will be delivered directly to the winners and shall present a valid identification card upon awarding – i.e. Driver’s License, SSS/GSIS/UMID, Voter’s ID/Voter’s Certification with dry seal, PRC ID, PWD/ Senior Citizen ID, or Postal ID. The other half of the winning raffle coupon and/or proof of purchase can be presented for further verification or as required by Bayer.

5. If claimed by a representative, a valid ID and an authorization letter has to be presented with the winner’s signature, along with a photocopy of the winner’s valid ID.

_{CONTROL MEASURES:}

1. Sealed drop boxes will be collected 2 days after the deadline for dropping of entries and shall be brought/ sent via courier to Bayer Canlubang office. These will be opened in the grand raffle draw. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the opening of drop boxes and draw of winners.

2. Bayer Crop Science Philippines reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics. (verification of entry based on mechanics within the 60 days).

3. Raffle prizes are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as other items.

4. All entries remain the sole property of Bayer Crop Science Inc. with all participant information held within Bayer Crop Science Inc.’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to Bayer Crop Science Inc. Philippines use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which Bayer Crop Science Inc. may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of Bayer Crop Science Inc. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold Bayer CropScience Inc. and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.

5. Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Bayer Crop Science Inc. upon approval of DTI.

6. The 20% Prize Tax for all the prizes will be shouldered by Bayer Crop Science Inc.
