MECHANICS
QUALIFICATION:
- The Promotion is open to all farmers who purchase AZ8433DT, COUNCIL COMPLETE or NATIVO 120 grams.
- Employees of Bayer CropScience, its 3rd party agency technicians (Acabar, AIMS), distributors and dealers are not qualified to join this program, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
HOW TO JOIN:
- A farmer may get a raffle coupon if they purchase the below brands.
Council Complete 100 ml (1 raffle coupon)
Nativo 10x12grams (1 raffle coupon)
Arize 8433DT 3 kg ( 2 raffle coupon)
- Farmers will completely fill up the raffle coupon with his/her name, address, contact number and affix signature and drop in designated drop box placed at selected distributor/dealer outlet (refer to attached Annex I: Raffle Coupon)
- Participant (farmer) can only win once for each raffle draw. If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value. Prizes are tax- free, non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
- There will be a preliminary draw and a grand draw.
Preliminary Draw – for farmer purchases within April 15 to August 16, 2021
Grand Draw – for farmer purchases within August 17, 2021 to January 15, 2022; all non-winning coupons from the preliminary draw will be included in the Grand Draw

6. Deadline of submission of entries for preliminary draw is on August 16, 2021, end of store hours while for the grand draw is on January
15, 2022, end of store hours.

8. Winners will be notified via SMS from Bayer access code “Bayer” and registered mail and will also be announced via poster in Bayer distributor/dealer outlets.
9. Prizes will be delivered to the winner and they shall present a valid identification card (ID) and the notification letter.
10. Drop box centers (Business Unit 4):
CONTROL MEASURES
- Sealed drop boxes will be collected 2 days after the deadline for dropping of entries and shall be brought/ sent via courier to Bayer office. All non-winning raffle coupons from the preliminary draw will be sealed for safekeeping under custody of Grace Albalos & Jaycee Madayag, both Customer Marketing Assistant from Bayer CropScience. These will be opened and included in the grand raffle draw. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the opening of drop boxes and draw of winners both preliminary and grand draw.
- Bayer CropScience Philippines reserve the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics. (verification of entry based on mechanics within the 60 days).
- Raffle prizes are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as other items.
- All entries remain the sole property of Bayer CropScience Inc. with all participant information held within Bayer CropScience Inc.’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to Bayer CropScience Inc. Philippines’ use of their name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media. The winner may be required to participate in publicity program which Bayer CropScience Inc. may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and /or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for account of Bayer CropScience Inc. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold Bayer CropScience Inc. and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
- Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Bayer CropScience Inc. upon approval of DTI.
- The 20% Prize Tax for all the prizes will be shouldered by Bayer CropScience Inc.
