Here are the preliminary winners of KA-SAKA, KA-SAMA, KA-PREMYO Raffle Promo. The draw was supervised by a DTI representative from the region. Congratulations to all the preliminary draw winners!

Mechanics:

QUALIFICATION:

1. The promotion is open to all farmers from the Bicol Region who purchased Bayer products.

2. Employees of Bayer Crop Science, its 3rd party agency technicians (ACABAR, AIMS), distributors, and dealers are not qualified to join this program, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. 

HOW TO JOIN:

1. The program is offered to rice, corn, and vegetable farmers in Bicol Region. 

2. The minimum single receipt purchase should be worth Php 500.  

3. Farmer is entitled to get a raffle coupon depending on the items he/she purchased. Point system is as follows: 

4. Additional one (1) Coupon for selected Brands. i.e. Council Complete, Nativo, Infinito, Luna Sensation, Yeoval and Round Up.

5. Each raffle coupon should be filled-up completely with name, address, contact number and Dealer store name (suking tindahan).

6. Suking Tindahan of the three (3) Major grand winners will receive a token (Samsung android phone worth 10K)

7. Raffle stub will be under the custodian of Bayer Field Personnel (CE). Farmers will present their proof of purchase (OR/DRs) to avail the corresponding raffle stub/s. Purchases during Bayer events like market day, farmers meeting and caravan are also qualified to claim for a raffle stub.

8. Drop box will be provided to participating Dealers.

9. Program period is from April 25, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

10. Preliminary Draw: August 15, 2022 at Farmstation- Pili with the presence of Bayer CropScience and DTI Representative.

11. Grand Draw: January 20, 2023 at Unibest Ent.- Pili with the presence of Bayer CropScience and DTI Representative.

12. Deadline of submission of entry is on August 10, 2022 for Preliminary Draw & January 15, 2023 for Grand Draw.

13. There will be a total of 34 winners in the entire run of the raffle promo.

14. A participant can only win once. If the name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of bigger value, then the non-winning item will be subject to raffle again

15. Prizes are not convertible to cash and should be redeemed within 60 days from notification.

16. Announcement of winners will be released during raffle draw via Facebook Live. 

17. All employees of Bayer CropScience, ACABAR Marketing International, Bayer CropScience Distributors and Dealers with their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join this raffle promo.

CONTROL MEASURES

1. Sealed drop boxes will be collected two (2) days after the deadline for dropping of entries and shall be brought to raffle draw venue: Farmstation- Pili for the preliminary draw and Unibest Ent.- Pili for the grand draw. All non-winning raffle coupons from preliminary draw will be sealed for safekeeping under the custody of Mr. Salvador D. Millares (CAC) and Mr. Jose Razal (RSM) from Bayer Crop Science Philippines. This will be opened and included in the grand raffle draw. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the opening of drop boxes and draw of winners in the grand draw.

2. Bayer Crop Science Philippines reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the condition set out in this promo mechanics. (Verification of entry based on mechanics within 60 days.)

3. Raffle prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as other items. Prizes are non-convertible to cash.

4. All entries remain the sole property of Bayer Crop Science Inc’s secured database of entries. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to Bayer Crop Science Inc. Philippines’ use of their names, personal description, likeness, and opinion for any promotional, marketing, and publicity purpose in any media. The winner may be required to participate in a publicity program that Bayer Crop Science  Inc. may organize in connection with the promotion and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function expenses and/or costs incurred by the winner in attending such function shall be for the account of Bayer Crop Science Inc. All winners shall agree to release, indemnify, and hold Bayer CropScience Inc. and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, right claims, and action of any kind arising in connection with or as result of participating in the raffle or the winner’s acceptance or use of any prizes.

5. Prizes not claimed after the Sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Bayer Crop Science Inc. Upon approval of DTI. All winners will be individually notified by Bayer CropScience Representative. To claim the prize won, winners should present the raffle coupon stub and a valid proof of identification card and should be asked to fill-up the BCS acknowledgement form as a proof of receipt of the prize won.

6. Prizes are not convertible to cash and should be redeemed within 60 days from notification.

7. The 20% prize tax for all the prizes will be shouldered by Bayer Crop Science Inc.
