For Farmers:
• This program is intended for farmers.
• Buy TWO (2) bags DEKALB® to get free one (1) LITER ROUNDUP®.
• Farmers to fill out and sign claim form.
For DEKALB® Dealers:
• The Distributors should deliver the free ROUNDUP® together with the Dealer’s DEKALB orders.
• FREE one (1) LITER of ROUNDUP® for every 2 bags of any DEKALB® Hybrids should be given to the farmers.
• Except for product related issues, Dealer purchases under this program will be on a NO RETURN condition.
• This program does not include Hybrids under Subsidy (Tender) program.
• Tandem ng Taniman: DEKALB® X ROUNDUP® - CLAIM FORM will be issued to each Dealer to track free ROUNDUP® distribution, which will require the farmer signature as proof of receipt. Bayer Representative will collect the CLAIM FORM on a periodic basis.
• Promo valid Nationwide.
• Bayer reserves the right to change or modify mechanics of the foregoing program according to its discretion during the program period without need of prior notice; the final decision shall rest with the discretion of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), with their concurrence.
For DEKALB® Distributors:
• FREE one (1) LITER of ROUNDUP® for every 2 bags of any DEKALB® Hybrids.
• DEKALB® Invoiced Sales (SAP) will come with a free ROUNDUP® equivalent.
• The Distributors should deliver to the Dealers (2nd Layer Channel Partners) the free ROUNDUP® together with the DEKALB® Hybrids.
• Except for product related issues, Sell-Out (SO) of Distributors to Dealers under this program will be on a NO RETURN condition.
• In case of Distributor Seed returns, the distributor should return the equivalent free ROUNDUP®.
• This program does not include Hybrids under Subsidy (Tender) program.
• Tandem ng Taniman: DEKALB® X ROUNDUP® - CLAIM FORM will be issued to each Distributor Branch (and Dealer) to track free ROUNDUP® distribution, which will require farmer signature as proof of receipt. Bayer Representative will collect the CLAIM FORM on a periodic basis.
• Promo valid Nationwide.
