Join Us in Shaping the Future of Agriculture: Call for Entries for the Bayer Regenerative Initiative Awards 2025

Today’s farmers face the challenge of growing more to feed, clothe, and fuel our expanding population. However, persistent pressures on ecosystems—such as new pests, diseases, and the changing climate—threaten agricultural productivity, requiring a transformation towards more sustainable farming practices.

Bayer Crop Science believes that the future of farming lies in regenerative practices, which not only produce our food but also help restore the environment. Regenerative agriculture offers a pathway to restore soil health, enhance biodiversity, and improve ecosystem resilience while ensuring food security for future generations.

To advance this future and in partnership with the Pest Management Council of the Philippines (PMCP), Bayer is launching this year’s Bayer Regenerative Initiative Awards 2025 to recognize researchers, experts, and interested stakeholders in solving the challenges confronting our growers.

The Bayer Regenerative Initiative Awards 2025 recognizes innovators in finding novel solutions that deliver impact and complement existing and/or advance new pest management systems and practices to help farmers protect their crops while helping the planet thrive.

Who can participate?

The Bayer Regenerative Initiative Awards is open to any individual, group, or organization in the Philippines, either from the private or public sector, who has clearly delivered a proven crop protection solution that complements existing and/or advances new pest management systems and practices (see more details in the requirements).
